His role is to ensure that team Stragure always adheres to the basic tenets and principles on which it was founded. Having risen through many hardships in life, his compassion towards people is what usually makes his perspectives truly insightful. Being a self-confessed technophile and a truly diligent one at that, his zeal towards learning and dissecting various and varied technologies makes him one of the most revered technical trouble shooters by many. Prior to Stragure, Tushar has worked as a Senior Solution Architect at i2 Technologies where he has been responsible for implementing Product Sourcing Solutions (Bill of Materials Management, Parts Management etc ) for various Fortune 500 companies across the globe. He has won numerous Customer Satisfaction awards at i2 for his exemplary work. In fact, his seminal work at one of Europe’s biggest Technology Major is still a Customer Satisfaction Benchmark for consultants at i2 Technologies. His work experience spans more than 16 years. He holds a Bachelors degree from IIT, Kharagpur and a Business Management Degree from IIM, Kozhikode.

Rohit Pant
Co-Founder / Director – Business Development
Rohit is responsible for Business Development at Stragure. He is also an avid follower of technological trends in the industry. He is furthermore entrusted with Design, Development and Implementation of all solutions at Stragure. In his role, he is responsible for initiating new strategic areas of business development for the company as well as works with customers very closely to understand and support issues and requirements. Rohit worked to establish the base J2EE technical team and Business analytics team of the Stragure. He has been with Stragure from it’s inception as a co-founder.
Rohit is a seasoned software professional with more than 16+ years of experience in the industry. Prior to Stragure, he has been an architect for products and solutions in the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) domain at i2 technologies. He has contributed to the development of Strategic Sourcing core suite of products and also worked as a consultant implementing i2 products worldwide with various fortune 500 companies. Prior to i2 Rohit has worked with Aptech-Hexware as well as been an independent consultant delivering technical programs to corporate and students in the areas of OOPs, OOAD, Programming Practices and Techniques, C, C++, Oracle and Java.
Rohit holds a Bachelors degree from Jodhpur University, Masters in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications.
Ajay Bhatkal
Advisor
Ajay Bhatkal is an IT professional having over 31 years of experience and has worked with companies like Brooke Bond, BPL Mobile, Siemens and Air Deccan. He has been in IT throughout his career after a 3 year stint with a Chemical firm.
Born and brought up in Mumbai, Ajay did his B Sc with Chemistry and Physics from Mumbai University 1979 and then moved to Bangalore. He has also done his MBA in HR and Logistics and is a person close to Technology and Strategy/Planning.
His recent experience has been in Service Delivery with Siemens and then the past 6 years with the Deccan group. His expertise lies with IT solutions, ERP, Airline Reservation systems and Portals. He is very good with people and has also handled HR as a function supporting projects and assignments.
He is an independent consultant and advisor in the aviation, travel, tourism and logistics space besides the areas of business strategy and direction. He has also associated with education sector and has been working with institutes for Student development, soft skills, mentoring/counselling and bridging in the gap between the student and the employee as a role. Ajay is seen as a strong leader and a people’s person.
